WEDANG REMPAH RUMAH KAHYANG

Several factors can affect the increase and decrease in productivity of Rumah Kahyang, including:

1. Workforce and working hours

Initially, there were 2 workers to produce 1200pcs of herbal drinks. It is necessary to increase the number of workers by 3 so that when the workforce is added, the total working hours per month will increase, requiring 8 hours of work per day, thus increasing productivity. On the other hand, if the number of workers remains at 2, productivity will decrease, and it will be difficult to improve productivity.

2. Monthly production target

Based on the analysis, Rumah Kahyang currently produces only 1200pcs of herbal drinks to be marketed. To increase revenue, Rumah Kahyang needs to increase production to 3000pcs. By increasing the monthly production target to 3000pcs, productivity will increase as the output is higher with the same input. Conversely, if the production target remains the same, there will be no increase in production, sales, revenue, or productivity.

3. Technology and production methods

Rumah Kahyang only requires 3 Sealer machines. With a production of 3000pcs of herbal drinks, this can increase productivity in terms of production and achieve the desired production target efficiently.

4. Employee skills

If the employees of Rumah Kahyang have quick and agile working skills, along with good memory to remember the herbal ingredients to create a beneficial herbal drink, it can greatly impact productivity.

5. Sales target and marketing system

Rumah Kahyang needs to increase the monthly sales target to 2500pcs. By expanding marketing efforts through platforms like e-commerce (Shopee, GoFood), Rumah Kahyang can reach a larger audience and increase product sales.

Those are some factors that can affect the productivity of Rumah Kahyang based on the given analysis. By considering these factors, productivity can be improved through various means as mentioned above. Increasing production and sales, the main conclusion is that increasing the number of workers and adding working hours per day has significantly contributed to increased productivity. This indicates that the increase in workforce and working hours is the key to boosting production.

For WEDANG REMPAH RUMAH KAHYANG, it is stated that some factors can affect the productivity, such as the workforce, target production, technology, employee skills, and sales targets. By considering these factors, productivity can be increased through proper planning and implementation.

BU ELAH MASSAGE SERVICE

As for the massage service provided by Ibu Elah, there are certain limitations in terms of productivity due to several factors:

1. Workforce

Due to the high demand from consumers, Ibu Elah is unable to fulfill requests beyond the limit of servicing 3 customers per day. Therefore, Ibu Elah decided to use the accumulated capital to open her own massage clinic and hire employees. If the massage service wants to increase the workforce, several factors need to be considered, such as:

- Skills/Expertise: The masseur/therapist needs to have sufficient skills, as it is not possible to recruit just anyone to become a masseur/therapist.

- Time: If the decision is made to recruit new inexperienced employees, Ibu Elah would need to teach them the basics and human anatomy first.

3. Price and income/profit

Since the massage service provided by Ibu Elah is individual-based, by opening a clinic and recruiting more employees, it can be concluded that there will be an increase in terms of income, productivity, and the number of customers.

Jumlah tenaga kerja dan jam kerja Semula 2 pekerja untuk mengasikan 1200pcs Minuman herbal, Perlu untuk di tingkatkan sebanyak 3 pekerja baru maka apabila jumlah tenaga kerja ditambah, maka total jam kerja per bulan akan meningkat maka memerlukan waktu selama 8 jam kerja/hari sehingga produktivitas juga akan meningkat.
